E-TRANSFER PAYMENT POLICY (Canada Only)
If you choose to pay via “E-TRANSFER“, please be sure to send your transfer as soon as possible to firstname.lastname@example.org. The e-transfer account is set up for auto-deposit, so there is no question/answer necessary to process the transfer.
If by chance you are asked to provide a question/answer, please ensure the answer is the LAST NAME associated with the order, with the first letter capitalized.
IMPORTANT: Your order will not be processed until your payment is received. We will contact you after 24 hours to confirm, if we do not receive the transfer.

TRACKED CANADA, USA or INTERNATIONAL
Please expect to receive your items 7-21 BUSINESS DAYS after you place your order and your payment has been verified. INTERNATIONAL, overseas may take longer, as we have no control over some of these timelines.
All orders will be shipped via CANADA POST.
SOME USA/INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY BE SUBJECT TO CUSTOM FEES. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOM FEES – INCLUDING DUTY/TAXES. (But we have not had any complaints)
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact Awesome and Beyond immediately and we will do our best to make it right.
We do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit under the following circumstances:
- • The merchandise is seriously damaged or defective.
- • The merchandise has printing errors that we are at fault for.
- • There is a sizing issue that we are at fault for. (Size charts are provided on the product images your reference.)
You have 30 days from the date you placed your order to contact us regarding any issues. This timeframe includes processing and shipping times. However, it should allow a sufficient amount of time for the customer to receive and inspect their items.
Shipping fees are not refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping fees for exchanges and store credit. We will cover shipping fees if there is an issue with the product that we are at fault for.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address. If the package is returned to us, we will gladly ship it to the correct address at the customer’s expense.
LOCAL PICK-UP POLICY
If you choose “LOCAL PICK-UP” at the checkout, please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed, as we may have to order stock or materials. On average, most orders are fulfilled within 24-72 business hours.
You will receive a confirmation email and a telephone call from the Awesome and Beyond retail staff when your order is ready for pick-up.
